Design projects average 1-2 weeks based on complexity and communication (web design projects average 3-5 weeks). (Copyright) * Copyright of the final deliverables will belong to the Client. Any preliminary/unused work will remain the exclusive property of Designer and retains the right to use finished designs of completed work in portfolio. (Revisions) * Designer will make every effort to catch errors; however, proofreading and final content check is the responsibility of the Client. Up to 3 revisions to design files will be made at no cost to Client - if revisions exceed 3 times client will be billed hourly rate of $75/hr. (Cancellation) Only applicable to design projects quoted to exceed $500. No deposit is required for projects quoted under $500 or billed hourly for updates and revisions. Client agrees to pay a deposit of $250 before a design project will be started if original design price quote exceeds $500. (Invoices) Client agrees to pay final balance within 30 days from issuance of invoice and/or payment toward final balance. (Late Fees) * Unpaid invoices will incur a 2% late fee after 30 days (and every 30 days thereafter) of original invoice date.
