2013 At A Glance || Northern Utah Photographer

It's 2014!! I'm very excited for what this new year will bring. As I grow my business and get more and more clients the time seems to be flying by. However, I took time today to reflect on the previous year. 2013 was the beginning of a new chapter in my life with starting my business. I had some really hard times in 2013 transitioning from a steady full time job to my "feast or famine" business. At times it is very scary! But I wouldn't trade it for any other job out there!  Well, maybe I would to be a marine biologist in Hawaii ;) Other than that option, I think I'm set for a while doing graphic design and professional photography in Utah. You've probably heard the saying "Love what you do and you'll never work another day in your life" well I believe I've found my niche and am loving it!

Just looking through my past year photos sent me on a roller coaster of emotion! I never thought I would take so many photos! I thoroughly enjoyed pretty much every photo shoot I had in 2013. The ones I didn't love so much were the freezing night shoots taking photos of the stars. Even then though, I still had a blast (other than the cold fingers and toes).

I'm so grateful to my clients for making it possible for me to do what I love. Here are some of my favorite photos from the past year:
